Trellis Art Collective × Blue Ridge Bud Co Studio Residency Giveaway

This giveaway is sponsored by Blue Ridge Bud Co, Waynesboro, Virginia, in partnership with Trellis Art Collective.
Eligibility
The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, owners, and immediate family members of Blue Ridge Bud Co and Trellis Art Collective are not eligible to win.
Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins upon the launch of the Trellis × Blue Ridge Bud Co collaboration and ends at 11:59 PM ET on Saturday, July 25.
How to Enter
Entries are accepted in-store only at Blue Ridge Bud Co during the Giveaway Period.
No purchase is necessary to enter.
Entrants may receive entries in the following ways:
- Complete one (1) free in-store entry form.
- Make any qualifying purchase at Blue Ridge Bud Co and receive one (1) additional entry.
- Purchase any official Trellis × Blue Ridge Bud Co collaboration merchandise item and receive one (1) additional bonus entry.
Entries must be submitted before the close of the Giveaway Period.
Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
- A one (1) month Trellis Art Collective Studio Residency.
- Residency dates: August 1, 2026 – August 31, 2026.
- First right of renewal following the residency period, subject to Trellis Art Collective's standard rental agreement, availability, and approval.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $225.00
The prize is non-transferable, is not redeemable for cash, and may not be substituted except at the Sponsor's discretion.
Winner Selection
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received.
The winner will be announced on Sunday, July 26, 2026, via Blue Ridge Bud Co and Trellis Art Collective social media channels and will also be contacted using the email address provided during entry.
If the selected winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days, declines the prize, or is determined to be ineligible, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner grants Blue Ridge Bud Co and Trellis Art Collective permission to use the winner's first name, likeness, and photographs related to the giveaway for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
General Conditions
Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond their reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper operation of the promotion.
Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
Release of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Blue Ridge Bud Co, Trellis Art Collective, their owners, employees, contractors, volunteers, affiliates, and partners from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance or use of the prize.
Governing Law
This giveaway shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Winner Information
To request the winner's first name after the drawing, email or visit Blue Ridge Bud Co within thirty (30) days following the winner announcement.
